Lucas Moura has continued his excellent start to pre-season form by scoring Totttenham’s equaliser against Manchester United this afternoon.

The Brazilian has history against United, scoring twice in Spurs’ 3-0 victory at Old Trafford back in August.

And Moura was at it again, scoring his fifth goal in his last five matches for Tottenham, including that wonder hat-trick in the Champions League semi-final against Ajax back in May and his classy leveller in Spurs’ opening International Champions Cup match against Juventus on Sunday.

Having fallen behind to Anthony Martial’s first-half strike, Moura – who of a host of half-time substitutes for Spurs, needed less than 20 minutes to made an impact.

But there was an element of luck for the Tottenham winger, who after producing some neat control, saw his effort deflect off in off United defender Axel Tuanzebe after great work from youngster Harvey White to keep the ball alive and dig out a fine cross down the left.
