Tottenham Under-23s’ perfect start to the Premier League 2 season continued with a 3-1 victory over Manchester City at the new stadium.
Troy Parrott scored twice but unfortunately left the pitched injured. Paris Maghoma also found the net with a curling effort before Nabil Touaizi pulled one back for the visitors.
Parrott’s first goal was a thing of beauty. With his back to goal, the young striker turned and curled one into the top corner.

Not to be outdone in terms of quality, Maghoma took his goal brilliantly to put Spurs in total control.

Parrott’s second was a penalty but the Irishman limped off on the hour.
