Tottenham’s starting line-up for today’s Premier League meeting with Southampton has been confirmed.
Mauricio Pochettino has left Erik Lamela, Dele Alli and Lucas Moura on the bench, preferring a front three of Christian Eriksen, Heung-min Son and Harry Kane.
Spurs will be aiming to bounce back from Tuesday’s embarrassing Carabao Cup exit at League Two side Colchester United.
Alli and Lucas both struggled against Colchester, but Lamela’s omission is slightly harsh after he impressed at Leicester City last weekend.
Serge Aurier and Danny Rose have returned at full-back, as have Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen in the heart of the defence.
A midfield three of Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko and Tanguy Ndombele will support the attack and hopefully provide a bit more protection for the back line than in recent games.

Danny Ings starts for Southampton after scoring a brace against Portsmouth in the midweek cup fixtures.
Tottenham face Bayern Munich in the Champions League at home on Tuesday night, so they could do with winning today to improve the mood ahead of what could be a special occasion against the German giants.
The Londoners could move into the top four with a victory depending on other results.
You can only pick 11 players.
Question should be – why is that wet rag Eriksen playing?
My only reservation is Eriksen. You can’t leave it Son & Kane. Lamela is really trying but, he is brainless at times.
What a shock!
Erikksen starts and we win.
Check the stats..
Either he is our lucky omen or we need him more than we want to admit.
He put in a big shift today
