Tottenham were embarrassed and remain winless in the Champions League this season after they lost 7-2 to Bayern Munich.
Heung Min Son put Spurs in front and Harry Kane made 4-2 from the penalty spot, but four goals from former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry and two from Robert Lewandowski meant Mauricio Pochettino’s conceded seven goals at home for the first time in their history.
Hugo Lloris, 3 – Made a good early save from Gnabry, but should have done better with Bayern’s first and then Gnabry’s second.
Serge Aurier, 2 – Continued where he left off against Southampton on Saturday. His awful header led to the first goal and was beaten far too easily by Gnabry for the third.
Toby Alderweireld, 4 – Made a crucial block in the first-half.
Jan Vertonghen, 4 – Like the whole back-four, really poor and couldn’t get close enough to Lewandowski for his first just before the break.
Danny Rose, 3 – All over the place throughout – given a torrid time by Coman and lucky not to concede a penalty. Won one at the other end, though.
Harry Winks, 2 – A rare below-par performance from Tottenham’s usual Mr-Reliable. Unusually sloppy on the ball, no more so than gifting Gnabry his second of the evening.
Moussa Sissoko, 6 – By far Tottenham’s best player, which included a fine assist, playing a perfectly-weighted pass for Son to lash home the opener.
Tanguy Ndombele, 5 – Was excellent early on, which included two wonderful through passes for Son, but ran out of steam and made a mess of the clearance for the second.
Dele Alli, 4 – Showed some nice touches in the opening 45 minutes and played one fine through pass for Kane. Much better than his previous two starts this season, but can still offer more.
Son Heung-Min, 5 – Gave Tottenham the lead, but should have added to his tally prior to that and then faded miserably in the second-half.
Harry Kane, 5 – Fed off scraps, but still managed to get himself on the scoresheet from the penalty spot with what was his 16th Champions League goal in 21 appearances.
Substitutes
Lucas Moura – Brought a bit of energy, but couldn’t get into the game.
Christian Eriksen, 3 – Went close from long-range, but was extremely sloppy.
Erik Lamela, N/A – Not enough time to make an impact.

For whatever reason, over the last few weeks we are in free fall and at this rate will be fighting relegation at the end of the season.
Pocc has lost the dressing room and for whatever reasons the players don’t want to play for him anymore and seem more interested in leaving for pastures new.
We will soon be faced with a team playing in the most wonderful half empty stadium. Something dramatic must be done and quickly before it is too late.
