Jose Mourinho has confirmed his back-room staff hours after he was appointed as the new Head Coach of Tottenham.

The experienced Portuguese manager brings a wealth of experience and signed a three-and-a-half-year deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after taking over from Mauricio Pochettino earlier today.

Joao Sacramento, who previous worked as technical assistant at Monaco, has become Mourinho’s assistant manager, joining from Ligue 1 club Lille, where he worked under manager Christophe Galtier.

Carlos Lalin once again links up with Mourinho having worked with him previously at Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid and becomes the club’s new fitness coach.

Elsewhere, 46-year-old Nuno Santos replaces Tony Jimenez as the new goalkeeping coach, whilst Ricardo Formosinho and Giovanni Cerrca complete the new look team as tactical analyst and technical analyst. Both also link up with Mourinho again having worked with him whilst at Old Trafford – with the latter also during his time at Stamford Bridge.
