Jose Mourinho has called Tanguy Ndombele “absolutely phenomenal” after the midfielder played a starring role in Tottenham’s draw with Norwich City on Saturday.
Spurs had to come from behind twice to earn a point at Carrow Road. Christian Eriksen scored a free-kick before Harry Kane’s penalty made it 2-2.
