Christian Eriksen’s six-and-a-half-year spell at Tottenham came to an end today after the Denmark joined Inter Milan on a long-term contract.
The 27-year-old has enjoyed a wonderful career in north London, but with his deal expiring next summer, a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium always looked inevitable.
Eriksen was always a popular figure at Spurs and some of his former teammates have reacted to his departure on social media.
