Steven Bergwijn has marked his Tottenham debut by producing a sensational volley to put Spurs in front against Manchester City.
The 22-year-old Dutchman had been having a quiet game, but that all changed just past the hour mark when he neatly controlled Lucas Moura’s wayward pass before sweetly crashing home into the bottom to send the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium into pure ecstasy.
