Tottenham face RB Leipzig in the Champions League Round of 16 second leg on Tuesday night, and Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.

We think the Spurs boss will make five changes to the line-up that began the game at Burnley on Saturday.

Harry Kane, Moussa Sissoko, and Son Heung-min have been joined on the sidelines by Steven Bergwijn, who injured his ankle at Burnley. Gedson Fernandes is likely to come in, starting on the left flank and cutting inside – he looked dangerous in those areas against Norwich City last week.

Tanguy Ndombele and Oliver Skipp will drop to the bench after being hooked at half-time at Turf Moor. Harry Winks should return, partnering Eric Dier in the middle. Dier started in a back five against Burnley but he will be needed in midfield if Mourinho wants to play four in defence.

Serge Aurier is also bound to start having only appeared as a substitute at the weekend. That means Japhet Tanganga will have to settle for a place on the bench. Jan Vertonghen will probably keep his place on the left, with Davinson Sanchez joining Toby Alderweireld at centre-back.

Lucas Moura and Dele Alli will provide the main goal threat through the middle. Erik Lamela, who was poor on Saturday anyway, isn’t fit enough to start.

Here’s our predicted XI to face Leipzig – what’s yours? Let us know in the comments section below.

  1. What hurts is put Kane , Son and sossoko in this side and I’d take us to win tomorrow.
But this line up will probably fail by 5/6 goals////
It’s bloody bad luck on a huge scale.

  2. Kane, Son, Sissoko are good players but every team members are professional and should give their best because fans pay and expect much more, stop blaming Maurino, hes trying his best with what he’s got COYS

  3. The squad are all top class professionals..It is now time to man up and show the fans how you can play and stop feeeling sorrry for yourself. You owe this to all your loyal fans and a good manager who is doing everything possible given the restraints put on him by Levy. Just do it!!!
