Steven Bergwijn has been speaking about his Tottenham debut against Manchester City, describing his goal as a “dream”.
Just four days after joining from PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch winger was immediately thrown back into the starting XI to face the Premier League champions and took just 63 minutes to introduce himself to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium by producing a wonderful volley past Ederson.
He said: “The first game, the goal against City, it was a dream for me.”
