According to various reports, Tottenham are close to signing Wolves defender Matt Doherty.
On Wednesday we relayed a story from The Athletic claiming Spurs and Wolves have agreed a £15 million fee for the right-back.
The very reliable Fabrizio Romano has also suggested there are “advanced talks” between the clubs.
And so it looks like Tottenham are closing in on their third summer signing after the arrivals of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Joe Hart.
Doherty was on the scoresheet when Wolves won 3-2 at Spurs back in March – he also assisted another goal later in the game. Watch below.
