Serge Aurier’s talks with AC Milan have stalled after the two clubs were unable to agree a fee for the Ivory Coast right-back, according to Sky Sports News.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from Tottenham this summer and the recent arrival of Matt Doherty from Wolves should spell the end for Aurier at Spurs.
The Daily Mail said on Sunday that Aurier is keen on moving to the San Siro, although there is an ongoing issue over his price tag – with the Mail suggesting that Milan’s opening bid of £13m is significantly below Tottenham’s valuation of the defender.
And now Sky Sports have confirmed that talks between Spurs and AC have broken down as they continue to struggle over Aurier’s valuation, although Sky haven’t ruled out a deal being completed at some stage in the window.
Elsewhere, Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen, who’re yet to launch a bid for the Spurs man, but remain interested in signing Aurier, who has less than two years left on his contract in north London.
Expect him to be sold for 20 M or stay at Spurs tho season, with the match schedule before window closes he won’t be let go on the cheap
