Bournemouth are interested in signing Tottenham defender Cameron Carter-Vickers on a loan deal, according to Football Insider.
The 22-year-old has featured heavily for Spurs in pre-season – including a start in Saturday’s friendly defeat to Watford – but is way down the pecking order in north London and isn’t likely to be part of Jose Mourinho’s plans moving forward.
Carter-Vickers has made just four senior appearances for Tottenham, with the last of those coming in January 2017 and has spent time on loan at a number of EFL sides during the previous few seasons – including Swansea City, Stoke City and most recently, Luton Town.
The defender has been linked with a return to Kenilworth Road in this window – with Hatters boss Nathan Jones not ruling out re-signing the American. However, it appears that Bournemouth, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, are now in the driving seat to sign Carter-Vickers.
The Insider believe that Carter-Vickers has been told to find a club before the window closes next month and the Cherries have launched a loan bid for the centre-back, who has less than nine months left on his Tottenham deal and looks to have played his last game.
CV should be given a chance to compete with Foyth Tanganga and hopefully Kim Min Haw for the opportunity to become part of the defensive rotation. Dier Sanchez Alderweirld to be starters with one of the other 4 kept at Spurs and the others loaned to Çhampionship clubs
Spurs is defenitly bad in transfer market so I lost I interest in Spurs transfer market.
No new central Defender
