It hasn’t taken long for Sergio Reguilion to impress Tottenham supporters.
The 23-year-old, who signed from Real Madrid earlier this month, made his Spurs debut during Tuesday’s penalty shoot-out victory over Chelsea in the Carabao Cup fourth-round.
Regulion made an early error which led to Timo Werner’s goal, but the Spanish left-back showed plenty of character to recover from that mistake by putting in a man-of-the-match performance.
Regulion would go on to mark his debut by assisting Erik Lamela’s equaliser, but it was a first-half moment in which the former Madrid defender showed his blistering pace.
