Gareth Bale joined Tottenham’s other non international players for training at Hotspur Way this week as he steps up his recovery from a recent knee injury he sustained whilst playing for Wales.

The 31-year-old was left out of the Wales squad for their upcoming friendly against England tomorrow and further Nations League games this week in order to continue his rehabilitation in a bid to be fit once Spurs return to action against West Ham on Sunday week.

Tottenham fans got their first glimpse of the 31-year-old back in Spurs gear when he took to the training pitches last week, accompanied by the strength and conditioning coach.

And now, Bale appears have progressed well as he joined in with his new teammates for the first time.

Unsurprisingly once the photos of the Welshman were released on Twitter, the response was absolutely crazy.
