Tottenham face West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday and Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.

Japhet Tanganga and Giovani Lo Celso have been ruled out with injuries while Eric Dier is a doubt with a muscle problem he picked up on international duty.

The headlines news is that Gareth Bale is available for selection, but Mourinho would not be drawn on whether the Welshman will start in the London derby.

We think Bale will be on the bench, mainly because he hasn’t started a competitive match for some time. Lucas Moura will start instead alongside Son Heung-min and Harry Kane up front.

In midfield, the in-form Tanguy Ndombele will be the most advanced midfielder, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko sitting in front of the back four.

Hugo Lloris will be protected by a defence consisting of Matt Doherty, Davinson Sanchez, Toby Alderweireld and Sergio Reguilon.

The likes of Bale, Erik Lamela and Steven Bergwijn make for useful options from the bench if Mourinho needs to freshen things up at any time.

  1. I’d play Lamela instead of Lucas. I think he is playing some high hassle footie at the moment and offers more than Lucas..
    Other than that spot on
