Roberto Firmino scored a last-minute winner as Liverpool reclaimed top spot in the Premier League following a 2-1 victory against Tottenham at Anfield.

Here’s how every Spurs player rated on the night.

Hugo Lloris, 8 – Made a number of saves, although the majority were ones he’d be expected to deal with. Helpless with both goals, and didn’t deserve to be on the losing side.

Serge Aurier, 8 – Besides one second-half chance when he let him free, contained Sadio Mane excellently.

Toby Alderweireld, 7 – Another solid performance from the Belgian, although he should have done more to prevent Firmino from heading home the winner.

Eric Dier, 7 – Shaky in the first-half, but improved after the break.

Ben Davies, 7 – A surprise inclusion in the starting XI ahead of Sergio Regulion, but by no means disgraced himself.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, 8 – Broke up numerous amounts of Liverpool attacks, and did brilliantly to survive the final third on a booking.

Moussa Sissoko, 6 – Worked hard as always, but wasteful far too often.

Giovani Lo Celso, 6 – Didn’t quite happen for the Argentine, but battled well and assisted Son’s goal with an impressive run and an inch-perfect pass.

Steven Bergwijn, 5 – Squandered two golden second-half chances – striking the inside of the post for the second one when he really should have buried it.

Heung Min Son, 7 – Finished confidently for the equaliser, and should have claimed two assists had it not been for some poor finishing from both Kane and Bergwijn.

Harry Kane, 5 – His worst performance of the season. Came close to putting Tottenham in front with an audacious chip, before somehow heading over from close-range when he should have made it 2-1. Conceded possession an uncharacteristic amount of times in some dangerous positions.

Substitutes

Sergio Regulion, 5 – Provided support for Davies down the left.

Lucas Moura, 5 – Couldn’t get anything going.

Dele Alli, 6 – Introduced late on.

  1. Why are you so harsh on Son.
He was our best offensive player.

Had Kane knocked in the header
    Had Bergwin scored that goal
Son woul have had 2 assists
    + one goal.

Kane was shit. Davies was shit. Bergwin was shit.

Get your facts straight before we all boycott your sight.
