Jose Mourinho has given his FA Cup press conference ahead of this weekend’s third round tie against eighth-tier side Marine.
The Tottenham boss revealed Gareth Bale could be in contention to play on Sunday after telling Mourinho “he would like to play” – the Welshman returned to training following a calf injury on Friday.
He went on to say Erik Lamela could also be in line for a return, but Giovani Lo Celso is still out. The pair were both recently criticised for ignoring coronavirus restrictions over Christmas.
