Tottenham have been scouting Fiorentina star Dusan Vlahovic and could move for the striker this summer, according to reports in Spain and Italy.

Vlahovic has has scored 13 goals in 28 Serie A appearances so far this season, putting him among the the division’s top scorers.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, citing Italian sources, claims Spurs are one of the clubs keeping tabs on Vlahovic, alongside the likes of Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Roma, AC Milan and RB Leipzig.

In fact, they say Spurs and Roma have watched the 21-year-old ‘live on more than one occasion’, which suggests the Londoners could be more interested than his other suitors.

Now a full Serbia international, Vlahovic’s stock is always rising, so Tottenham might be wise to pounce quickly before his value increases.

There is no indication as to how much Fiorentina will ask for their top scorer, who is contracted with the Serie A club until the summer of 2023.

Spurs will need a new striker for next season if Carlos Vinicius returns to Benfica, and they could certainly do worse than Vlahovic.
