Troy Parrott has scored his first goals for Republic of Ireland.
Having failed to net in his opening four previous senior appearances for his country, Parrott struck twice in three second half minutes to spare Ireland’s blushes and set them on their way to a 4-1 friendly victory over Andorra.
Parrott’s first was an excellent run and finish across the Andorran goalkeeper, whilst his second was a close-range header to put Ireland 2-1 ahead.
