Saudi Arabian clubs Al Hilal and Al Nassr are interested in signing Lucas Moura this summer, according to Goal.

Despite making 50 appearances, the third most in the squad behind Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Heung Min Son, the Brazilian has not ruled out leaving Spurs this window following uncertainty surrounding the next manager.

Moura, who enjoyed one of his most productive seasons since signing from PSG, scoring nine goals and chipping in with eight assist, is contracted until the summer of 2024, but previous reports from Football.London believe that Tottenham would sell him at the right price.

And believe that the Saudi Arabian pair have both identified Moura as a target and are considering making an approach for the 28-year-old, who’s previously had interest from Serie A giants Napoli.

Whilst Moura has been a key player for Spurs in recent seasons, and was generally one of Jose Mourinho’s favourites, with two years remaining on his deal, should Tottenham an appropriate bid present itself, it could be an ideal time for Daniel Levy to cash-in.

  1. If any spurs player has any sense they will be at levys door letting him know that as Harry is leaving the sinking ship why oh why should I stay. One carling cup in 22 years of levy is beyond embarrassing.

  2. Moura is a different player at spurs in that he dribbles snake like through the defence rather than stopping & passing square or back. It does not always come off, but it offers danger. He can also score unlike Bergwein etc. Levy sent a message to the world of coaches that two top coaches have been sacked in the last 17 months with just £80 million spent on players the latest manager didn’t really want & not getting the defenders he did in Skrinnier to name one. Levy on the football side is destroying my club I’ve supported for 60 years. He’s dragged us into the sewers and it all absolutely stinks.
