Tottenham’s UEFA Conference League campaign gets underway when they travel to Portuguese outfit Pacos de Ferreira on Thursday evening.

And Nuno Espirito Santo is set to make 11 changes from Sunday’s victory over Manchester City after confirming that none of the starting XI from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be involved from the start in Portugal.

Pierluigi Gollini and Cristian Romero should make their full debuts, whilst Cameron Carter-Vickers could make his first competitive appearance for more than four years after Santo revealed Joe Rodon is out injured, with Ben Davies and Matt Doherty making up the defence.

Into midfield, we’re expecting Harry Winks to get his customary European outing alongside Harvey White.

Moving forward, Santo is short of attacking options, meaning summer signing Bryan Gil is likely to get his first action in a Tottenham shirt, whilst Ryan Sessegnon could get a rare appearance on the left of midfield after turning out for the club’s Under-23s on Monday.

That leaves two attacking spaces and we think Giovani Lo Celso will support full debutant Dane Scarlett up front.

Here’s our predicted XI to face Pacos de Ferreira – what’s yours? Let us know in the comments section below.

Gollini, Doherty, Carter-Vickers, Romero, Davies, Winks, White, Sessegnon, Lo Celso, Gil, Scarlett.
