Tottenham’s starting line-up for Sunday’s Premier League meeting with Newcastle United has been confirmed.

The headline news is that Son Heung-min starts after rumours he was one of the two Spurs players to have tested positive for Covid-19 this week.

Son and Bryan Gil were thought to have been ruled out having tested positive after returning from international duty, but Tottenham released a club statement on Sunday afternoon to confirm those tests were false-positives.

And so Son starts alongside Harry Kane and Lucas Moura in attack. Gil is on the bench.

The team is the exact same XI that started last time out against Aston Villa, with Tanguy Ndombele linking the attack and the midfield duo of Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

Hugo Lloris starts between the sticks as usual, while the back four consists of Emerson Royal, Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Sergio Reguilon. Dele Alli and Steven Bergwijn are among the substitutes.

Check out the line-up in full below and let us know your thoughts on the team in the comments section at the bottom of the article.
