For Ben Davies, it’s been some wait for a first international goal – but that wait is finally over.
The Tottenham defender put in an impressive shift for Wales against Belarus on Saturday night, helping his country record what could be a crucial 5-1 victory in World Cup qualifying.
A senior international since 2012, Davies had failed to find the net in a Wales shirt until tonight.
But the 28-year-old was on hand to make it 4-0 with a header from close range in the second half, finally ending his 68-game drought. Watch below.
