Heung Min Son marked his final international appearance of the year by scoring in South Korea’s 3-0 victory over Iraq in World Cup qualifying.

Son, who’s now scored 30 goals for his country, confidently put Korea 2-0 ahead from the penalty spot and helped them remain on course to book their ticket to Qatar next winter.

The Tottenham attacker has now scored eight times for club and country in 2021-2022, although this was just the eighth successful spot-kick of his career.
