Tottenham made it 10 points from a possible 12 under Antonio Conte after a routine 3-0 victory over Norwich City.
Lucas Moura got the scoring underway when he produced some fine footwork before playing a neat one-two with Heung Min Son and then rifling a superb effort into the top corner.
Spurs should have been more than one goal to the good at the break, but finally doubled their lead midway through the second half when Davinson Sanchez thumped home a loose ball from a Son corner.
Son then completed the scoring with a fine third following more good work from the ever-improving Ben Davies.
