Tottenham host Brighton in the FA Cup fourth round this weekend, and Antonio Conte has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.
Spurs will be without Oliver Skipp (groin) and Japhet Tanganga (knee) according to reports, but Son Heung-min and Cristian Romero are back from injury lay-offs, while new signings Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski are available for selection.
However, in his press conference on Friday, Conte confirmed Bentancur and Kulusevski will not start due to their lack of training sessions with the rest of the squad, so the duo will be on the bench.
With all of the above in mind, we think Hugo Lloris will be protected by a back three of Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies, with Emerson Royal and Sergio Reguilon starting on the flanks.
The midfield partnership is likely to consist of Harry Winks and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, while the front three should be made up of Lucas Moura, Harry Kane and Son.
Hopefully we will get to see at least a few minutes of the new boys at some point in the second half.
Here’s our predicted XI to face Brighton – what’s yours? Let us know in the comments section below.
I think Eric dier harry winks and Ben Davies should all leave spurs the out stayed their place as spurs players it’s now time for a change sell them OR let them leave on a free.
What are you talking about. The story is the lineup for a FA cup match. Do you of to be so ornery about every single article. Gosh go root for the team or just zip it for a day.
