Antonio Conte has picked a strong starting line-up for Tottenham’s FA Cup fourth round tie against Brighton.

Eric Dier is absent but Cristian Romero returns to the back three – alongside Davinson Sanchez and Ben Davies – in front of Hugo Lloris.

Oliver Skipp is injured so Harry Winks partners Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in central midfield, while Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura make up the front three.

The wing-backs are Emerson Royal and Sergio Reguilon.

Dier isn’t even on the bench – we should find out why soon – but new signings Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski are among the substitutes.

With Spurs having shipped so many players out on deadline day, there is a chance for youngsters Harvey White and Dane Scarlett to potentially make an impact from the bench.

The likes of Steven Bergwijn and Ryan Sessegnon could also make cameos if called upon by Conte. Check out the full squad below.

We’re thankful to see Lloris between the sticks, with cup goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini – who looked rusty in recent appearances against Chelsea and Morecambe – relegated to the bench.

  1. Not sure about back 3
    But wait and see
Since new season I always have no confidence in back 3 or 4 as I always said Spurs really need new Central defender
