Tottenham travel to Southampton in the FA Cup fourth round this weekend seeking revenge after losing 1-0 at St Mary’s in the Premier League earlier this month.
With a few injuries to contend with, Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection. Ben Davies, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Kane remain sidelined, while Harry Winks will be assessed after hurting his ankle against Norwich City in midweek.
We think there will be three changes to the side that beat Norwich. Paulo Gazzaniga is likely to return between the sticks as Hugo Lloris – whose return on Wednesday was a surprise – is gradually phased back in.
In midfield there is a good chance Winks will miss out, so Eric Dier is bound to come in and sit at the base of the midfield. He will sometimes drop into a back three with Davinson Sanchez – who should replace Jan Vertonghen to give the Belgian a rest – and Toby Alderweireld, which will allow Serge Aurier and Ryan Sessegnon to get forward.

Gaza are you a true Spurs fan? I honestly can’t understand the abuse of Eric. He’s our player, we must support and encourage him. Hopefully he’ll get back to form. He’s been out injured for a while and can only recover match sharpness by playing.

I’d encourage Mourinho to start N’Dombele in place of Dier and hold Dier on the bench replacing Eriksen who should never again play in a Spurs shirt.
Need to protect Ndom as he is struggling with fitness.

Iam a true fan an love my team.but dier is a waste of space an a liability every game he plays.he is just not good enough Mourinho should have a bit more faith in young skipp..we will go nowhere with dier in the team..useless
