Nuno Espirito Santo has given his first press conference since being named Tottenham Hotspur’s new head coach.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager was appointed earlier this month and has now briefed the media for the first time.
He was inevitably asked about Harry Kane. Nuno said Kane is “our player” and he is looking forward to working with the England captain.
Nuno also spoke about transfers, insisting he speaks with Fabio Paratici and Steve Hitchen about improving the squad on a daily basis.

Spurs got a fairly good side. Please sort that defence out asap and get rid of some dead wood players. Also pleas tell the Spurs players that they should wear the Spurs shirt with pride and make the supporters proud.
