Poor Roman. He’s struggled to get a look in this season and suffered an injury just at the time when he could have got a run out for Spurs against Preston.
Then he gets back into action with Russia, only to catch a cold which could mean that he misses Russia’s final qualifying game against Azerbaijan. It never rains but it pours.
Pav showed flashes of class last season and has done likewise in the brief moments that he’s appeared this term. It looks likely that he will be off come January, but it would be a shame if he goes without getting a chance to show what he can do. Over to you Harry…
