Early in the second half we held a 5-1 lead, with goals from Gilzean, Greaves, Saul, Brown and Robertson, only to allow Villa to eventually pull it back to 5-5.

19th March 1966 – On the same day as the 5-5 result, future Tottenham winger Andy Sinton was born. Sinton would make 100 appearances for Spurs, scoring 7 goals.

19th March 2008 – Having been 3-1 at home to Chelsea, Tottenham pull it back to 3-3 before Joe Cole puts the visitors ahead again. Robbie Keane sends the Spurs fans back happy with a spectacular late equaliser. Woodgate, Berbatov and Huddlestone are also on target for Tottenham.
