This Mark Lawrenson bloke is quite good at this. He correctly predicted a Spurs win against Aston Villa, as did I, although it has to be said that as I’ve predicted a Spurs victory in every game thus far, it is quite likely that I’ll pick up points when Spurs actually win.

Here’s the current league table:

Lawrenson: 6
TottenhamBlog 2
Gray 1
Stelling 1

Can Gray and Stelling start picking up the points? There could well be a relegation come Christmas, primarily because I didn’t realise that Stelling’s predictions weren’t published until Saturday when I started this endeavour. Here’s this week’s predictions, with three points for a correct score and one point for a correct result.

Lawrenson: Fulham 1 Spurs 1

Gray: Fulham 1 Spurs 1

Stelling: Fulham 0 Spurs 0

TottenhamBlog: Fulham 1 Spurs 2

So everyone has gone for a draw except the ever optimistic me. Come on you Spurs!

  1. Wishful thinking on there part, non of the jornos like Tottenhams position at the moment. I get the feeling they would rather any other team than Spurs

  2. Before our CL decider v City last season Andy Gray said he wanted City to win because it would be good for The Premier League ‘product’. ie better for Sky to have City’s billions in Europe than Tottenham Hotspur. What an absolute scumbag.
