No hard news has come through yet, with regard to the injuries sustained by Rafael van der Vaart and Peter Crouch over the weekend.

VDV went off with a calf injury in the Bolton game and looks certain to miss Holland’s midweek international. Meanwhile, Crouch has been withdrawn from the England squad to play Denmark after failing a fitness test, but there’s no news on the nature of the injury.

It would seem though that the squad withdrawals are just precautionary and the Spurs physio room can start to become less crowded from now on.

  1. Good. With the number of Spurs players that have been injured in international matches this season, best to keep them out. We need both of them healthy for the trip to San Siro!
