The latest defender to be linked with a move to White Hart Lane is German International Serdar Tasci.

It’s been suggested that Harry has previously made an enquiry about the 24 year old and he has been watched ever since.

Tasci has been with Stuttgart for his entire career to date and after making his full debut in 2006, he was awarded his first cap in 2008. Since then he has gone on to win 13 caps for the German national side.

Having recently extended his contract to 2014, it’s thought that it would need a fee in the region of £12.5m to prise the defender away from his current employers, but Spurs are rumoured to be heading for Germany to thrash out a deal.

    • I guess Harry and Daniel Levy don’t have as much confidence in the young players we do. It’s also an indication of the lack of confidence in the ability of Gallas or King to be fit for a majority of next season.

  1. Lets be honest, King is not good enough for a whole season as he struggles to play 20 games. when he is in the team he commands like a ‘king’. We need another defender as Bassong is not good enough. Simple as.
