There’s no team news as such ahead of tomorrow’s game with Kaiser Chiefs although we already know that Sandro, William Gallas and Ledley King are out through injury while Giovani Dos Santos is on international duty with Mexico.

Predictably, all eyes are on Luka Modric and there was a slight doubt over the Croatian but reports suggest that he has shaken off an ankle knock and is ready to take his place in the starting line up.

Skipper Michael Dawson’s words suggest that the side are just happy to get on with the game after another week of speculation,

“We are all friends with Luka, we have got great team spirit amongst the players and we want to keep that together, Dawson said.”

The game is live on ESPN tomorrow from 2pm with the second game taking place on Tuesday against Orlando Pirates. After that, Spurs will play either the Chiefs or the Pirates in the final on Saturday week.

  1. Is the final definately involving us, or does it depend on results? like if we lose to the Cheifs and the Pirates, are we still playing in the final?
