Team news is in ahead of Sunday’s game with Norwich and as expected, the majority of players left out of Thursday’s Europa League tie are back in contention for Carrow Road. Hugo Lloris, Kyle Walker, Younes Kaboul, Mousa Dembele, Aaron Lennon and Emmanuel Adebayor were all absent and while the press still quote them as having ‘niggles’ Tim Sherwood has confirmed that all are available.
Vlad Chiriches, Erik Lamela and Sandro are ruled out so we could see a line up that’s become a familiar one under Sherwood. Emmanuel Adebayor will walk straight back in and is likely to be the lone striker with Roberto Soldado on the bench.
Behind Ade, Christian Eriksen will be pushing for a start and Andros Townsend’s showing on an admittedly difficult pitch in Ukraine should also see him among the subs.

Give Townsend another go instead of Lennon. I know he was the worst player on the pitch mid week but he has been out for a while and will pick up form soon. He has so much potential.

Anyone other than Bentaleb. Erickson must play in the centre therefore 4_2_3_1 formation.
Sherwood will pick the same team that beat Newcastle 4-0. So no Eriksen.
He will bring rose back for naughton but other than that, same team as usual. Why would he change it after our best result of the season?
Eriksen deserves a start . Leave townsend,dawson, chadli and capoue on bench and watch how they should play!! Soldado would benefit from 20mins of playing time.
Prefer eriksen behind ade but a good line-up. stick with lennon as under no circumstances can townsend be trusted on the right.

I would put anyone in midfield except Bentaleb, how this kid is getting such high praise and full 90 mins each time is beyond reason, I here talk of his pass completion and positioning to break up attacks composure and so on, but every time I have seen him yes he passes the ball well sideways and back normally to the player who has just given it to him takes up positions without effecting the way opposition moves the ball through our midfield he does point a lot, he is the only player in the midfield that has played even though during times our midfield has been overrun and his contribution to that fact questioned other players are singled out because of their price tags.
Bentaleb my well prove to be a ok player in time but I question the fact that you have an opportunity to prove your good enough to play in the French national team or walk into the Algerian team speaks volumes, others may have a view that he is this prodigy and has been a revelation since his introduction but I don’t see how he has impacted a game the way his position and inclusion could be justified continually.
Be interesting to see who is sacrificed when Sandro is back to fitness.
U lot must be crazy playing Lennon , why choose a player who can’t cross ,shoot, tackle, head the ball or play through balls and that has not improved over the last 7 years that’s 90% of the game , play Townsend at least he can improve . Someone needs to explain to me what Lennon does can’t you see even compared to championship wingers he has less end product.
