Spurs have missed Nabil Bentaleb since he went away on international duty with Algeria but this clip will at least show that he’s keeping the high standards that he’s recently set himself.
Algeria went 1-0 down but came back to win 3-1 and Bentaleb cut an impressive figure in midfield. This bit of skill particularly caught the eye, as he turns and plays a precision long pass that puts one in mind of a certain Glenn Hoddle in his pomp.
Good pass. Doesn’t put Xabi into shame though.
