Just days later and it looks like another Premier League club are set to test Monaco’s resolve.
According to L'Equipe, Aston Villa are tracking Monaco's Anthony Martial. Money from Christian Benteke sale could be used to make a move.

Identified as a key target for Tottenham this summer, you’d hope that the club would battle Villa for Martial’s signature, especially when you consider that an alternative to Harry Kane have yet to be found this summer.

This should be interesting. Can’t see it myself. PSG are already in a position to accept Stambouli plus cash, if necessary for Martial. We could even throw in Adebayor in the deal. Why not?
