It was a match that won’t live long in the memory at White Hart Lane. Tottenham and Chelsea played out a 0-0 draw, meaning Spurs stay 10 points ahead of the visitors going into December.

Tottenham started well, forcing Asmir Begovic into two good saves through Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane. Chelsea looked dangerous on the break but failed to create anything meaningful before half time.

After the break, Spurs looked lethargic. The game could have gone either way, but it was Chelsea who came closest to winning it; Hugo Lloris brilliantly saved Eden Hazard’s stinging volley to keep things level.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to the result.

  1. Due to the Thursday game and travelling we did looked jaded and lacked the usual sharpness today which was understandable as it was basically the same side and i believe we would of won given proper time to recover, thought the ref gave them everything aswell which didn’t help but great to still be unbeaten and a new record, hope Mason is ok as he has just got back playing fingers crossed, onwards and upwards Coys.
