Mauricio Pochettino makes three changes for the Premier League visit of Sunderland to White Hart Lane.
As he often does, the manager has rotated the full backs with Kieran Trippier and Danny Rose coming in for Kyle Walker and Ben Davies. In fact, Walker doesn’t even make the bench.
Nabil Bentaleb is once again left out of the squad. Mousa Dembele replaces Tom Carroll in central midfield.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to all the team news.
Mousa ?? #COYS

Strong starting XI. Dembele finally starting for us again after his injury, he'll be huge for us today. Let's get the three points! #COYS

No sign of Bentaleb on the bench today again. Sad to see he's being left out of the squad after last season. No idea what's happened.

#thfc Big talking points with line-up are no Bentaleb in 18 again, & Walker dropped / rested after Wednesday's poor showing.

It's a shame Son isn't the strongest as an impact player. Still believe he needs a run of starts.

Got to say that I reckon big Sam saw trippier in and will be licking his lips that Graham's playing of that side. CBs will need to help

glad that Trippier is starting tbh, Walker wasn't all that on Wednesday

Presume Walker is injured. Big chance for Trippier to try and cement a place. #COYS

team I expected, no complaints from me. Trippier questionable but has looked a lot better recently, should win relatively easily.

Told Kyle Walker left out on premise of 'rotation' #THFC v #SAFC
