Mauricio Pochettino has made a number of changes for Tottenham’s Europa League last 16 second leg clash with Borussia Dortmund after losing the first leg 3-0 in Germany.
Eric Dier partners Ryan Mason in midfield, while Dele Alli returns and Erik Lamela makes his 100th appearance for Spurs.
Kyle Walker, Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen are all left out of the squad completely. Harry Kane is on the bench.
Nabil Bentaleb also fails to make the squad. Here’s how Twitter reacted to all the team news.

Looks like the Mason / Carroll double pivot is buried. Hopefully Son plays up front and not Chadli. Hoped Toby would be rested. Vital to PL.

Bentaleb now below Winks in the pecking order. Where did it all go wrong?

Shouldn't be risking Alli IMO #THFC

No justification for playing Dier in my opinion but I suppose Poch does not want to be overrun in midfield again. https://t.co/fa1l00qkek

Judging from that team selection we'll at least be solid defensively. If Son can up his game like he's done couple times before then….

Hoped Poch may have also rested Dier, Alli & Lamela, but for the loyal Spurs fans going he has duty to try & put out a team to win.#THFC

I think that's a team that says go out there and leave the tournament gracefully and not get another trouncing

Seems a strange selection again. Neither here nor there

Stronger lineup now that we're 3-0 down, seriously wtf

Playing a strong team is a good idea but any away goals and players need to be rested #COYS
