It looks certain that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will join up with his former manager Jose Mourinho at Manchester United before long, but if Gianluca Di Marzio is to be believed (yeah, probably not…) they aren’t the only English club to have shown an interest.
The Italian journalist has claimed that Spurs made a move for Zlatan. This seems extremely unlikely on many levels and while the rest of the internet were mocking the club’s attempts to pull off the shock deal, realistic Tottenham fans were giving their own inimitable take on the rumours.
