The club today announced that Will Miller has moved on loan to Burton Albion.
Miller will play for the promoted Championship side until January. Managed by Nigel Clough, Burton looks like a good place for the talented attacking midfielder to learn his trade.
Clough’s side play a nice style of football, but could face a tough time in the Championship this season. It looks like a scenario where Miller can play his natural game and have his grit tested at the same time.
Miller adapted well to being played out of position at left-back in pre-season and has since played two games for the U21 side, scoring one goal.
At 20-years old, the time is right for Miller to test himself in first-team football. His spell at Burton could help to show whether this is a player who has a future at Tottenham.
