Tottenham left it late, very late, but they are officially in the the hat for the fifth round of the FA Cup after a thrilling 4-3 win over Wycombe Wanderers at White Hart Lane.
Wycombe stunned the home fans in the early stages, taking a 2-0 before half time.
Spurs levelled things up after the break with goals from Heung-Min Son and Vincent Janssen, but Wycombe soon re-took the lead.
But Tottenham broke the visitors’ hearts late on through a Dele Alli equaliser and a Heung-Min Son winner.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to the result and performance.
Wycombe fans in full voice, saluting their team. As they should. They were wonderful.

Spurs so good at shithousery, even when we do our best to lose, we win ?

Nah to be honest I really feel for the Wycombe players. Great performance by them, gave their all. Good luck in the league @wwfcofficial

#thfc Wycombe fans singing 'we should have been on the telly'. Spurs fans applaud them. Wycombe clap back. It's all very nice.

Spurs got away with it, simple as that, it happens. Tough on Wycombe but they fully deserve a condescending pat on the head.

Wow. The game had everything. Full credit to @wwfcofficial for making it so difficult for us. But we go through. Onwards. #coys

Now, with hindsight, that was a proper cup tie. But don't ever do that to me again. Strongest team starts from here on in.

Still not decided if that was fun or embarrassing ? My stomach was doing somersaults!

Fair play to Janssen. Came on at 2-0 down, got us back in the tie, unlucky not to score the winner & delightfully set up Son's goal. ??
