Tottenham finished their season in style by thrashing Hull City 7-1 in the final game of the Premier League season.
Harry Kane scored twice in the opening 15 minutes before Dele Alli grabbed the visitors’ third before half-time.
Sam Clucas pulled one back for Hull City after the break but Victor Wanyama struck four minutes later before Kane scored his seventh goal in two appearances to seal his hat-trick.
Ben Davies and Toby Alderweireld scored late goals to complete the rout. Spurs became only the third team to score seven Premier League goals away from home.
Here’s how Twitter reacted.
Great scenes in the away end at full-time. Listen to the roar for Mauricio! #COYS pic.twitter.com/1ZnPH11zBp

There have been six hat-tricks in the Premier League in 2017 – Harry Kane has scored FOUR of them.

What a magnificent season it has been. The odd low, interspersed between breathtaking highs. Mauricio really is magic, you know.

I'm declaring Tottenham as Premier League Champions. They're absolutely mint, and nobody cares about Chelsea. Congratulations @SpursOfficial

Spurs.
Fucking magnificent. You can tell how professional a team is when they rub a relegated team's nose in it. ??

#thfc Suggestions that Poch's style is suspectible with nothing to play for & that Spurs lack a winning mentality put to bed recently.

Spurs the polar opposite to this time last season #COYS

And that's that for 2016/17. No league title to show for it but what a season it's been. We finish the season with two away wins (1-6, 1-7).

Magnificent seven for #Spurs, Golden Boot for @HKane Only way it can get better is when they win silverware – surely around the corner

Ref putting Hull out of their misery. Five goals and five changes only added one minute. Spurs could have made it eight with more time.

Heartbreaking we haven't won anything but that group of players is going to spend all summer determined to fix it. Roll on next season.

Another team battered by Spurs. Youngest squad in Prem, world class gaffer, new stadium & doing it the right way. Exciting times ahead #COYS

Remember when Mauricio Pochettino's teams tend to tail off towards the end of a Premier League season.
39 points out of the last 42 won.

It would be criminal if this Spurs team doesn't win a trophy. Remarkable season given all circumstances.

I will never forget the roar that went up when Mauricio came over to the away end #spurs

SuperSpurs – finishing 2nd for the first time in 53 years and winning nothing. Glory Glory!
.
I just don’t think you understand….
How many goals would Harry score if he went the full season uninjured. Phenomenal player. Hopefully one our own for many seasons to come
