The Premier League fixtures for the upcoming 2017/18 campaign have been announced.
Tottenham will be trying to go one better than last season when they finished second behind champions Chelsea. But Mauricio Pochettino’s side might find things tough at Wembley.
Spurs travel to St James’s Park to face newly-promoted Newcastle United on the opening day. That fixture also happened on the first day of the 2012/13 season — the hosts won 2-1.
Pochettino’s men will be looking to redeem themselves after the 5-1 defeat at Newcastle on the final day of the 2015/16 campaign.
Tottenham’s first games at Wembley will be against Chelsea, Burnley and Swansea City in August and September.
The North London derbies take place on November 18th at the Emirates and February 10th at Wembley. The away trip to Chelsea will be on March 31st.
Spurs face Manchester United on October 28th (A) and 31st January (H). The Manchester City dates are December 16th (A) and April 14th (H).

So we're definitely losing the first game of the season then.

Tough opening two games with NUFC away & Chelsea at 'home' but the end of the season fixtures looks ripe for a title challenge 🙂

Two REVENGE games to start off with. Like it.

Shock. We're fucking away again on the first weekend of the season. That's something like 18 out of the last 25 seasons away on opening day

Could've done with anyone but Chelsea as the first game at Wembley. Though you can imagine how much confidence a win would give us.

If we can stay in the race until late April then we could have a very strong chance here https://t.co/253OrILMfi

Spurs' fixtures after CL group games are rather forgivable:
Swansea (H)
Huddersfield (A)
Liverpool (H)
Crystal Palace (H)
WBA (H)
Stoke (H)— Ben McAleer (@BenMcAleer1) June 14, 2017
