Tottenham are closing in on OGC Nice winger Vincent Marcel, according to reports in France.
French outlet Foot Mercato claims Spurs have offered the 20-year-old a five-year contract.
However, ESPN’s Dan Kilpatrick suggests that while Marcel is a Tottenham target, no deal has been agreed with either the player or his current club.

If Spurs do sign the France U20s international, he will be the third Ligue 1 winger to arrive in the space of three years, after Clinton N’Jie and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou. Hopefully it’s third time lucky.
