Manchester City have made an offer for Tottenham target Cengiz Under, according to reports.
Last month relayed reports suggesting Spurs were keen on making an £8 million move for the Turkish winger.
Under is believed to valued at between £10 million and £13 million by his current club Instanbul Basaksehir.
The 19-year-old was a key figure in Basaksehir’s title challenge last season, but his side narrowly missed out on the Turkish Championship to Besiktas.
Turkish Football claims Manchester City have now made an offer for Under, which will make things more difficult for Tottenham in terms of matching the wages City can offer.
