Tottenham have made a £13.3 million bid for Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri, according to reports in France.

Last month reports suggested Spurs had made initial contact with the Ivorian’s representatives.

And now, Eurosport France (spotted by HITC) claims Tottenham have made their opening offer for Seri.

Roma apparently had a bid rejected for the 26-year-old earlier in the summer. There is also said to be interest from Arsenal and Barcelona.

Seri scored seven goals and provided nine assists in 34 Ligue 1 appearances last term.

Spurs are also tracking another of Nice’s stars from last season, Ricardo Pereira, who spent the 2016/17 campaign on loan in France from Porto.

Below you can watch some of Seri’s highlights from last season.

  1. With out fear or contradiction its going to be hard to make the top four this season we need quality players , between £15 / £30,000,000 gets you the also ran`s plodders average players we also need to get some silver ware in order to keep our best players , the first words out of Kyle Walkers mouth was he left Spurs so he would have a better chance of winning silver ware he forgets his contribution in most of our cup runs got us nothing .

  2. Need signing asap to get them up to scratch with rest off squad fitness wise anyway we will struggle if we don’t invest and fast
